At our Winter Break Camps emphasis will be put on backwards and forwards acceleration, shooting, overall hockey skills and game situations. The players will be working on full and short ice acceleration as well as explosive power. We will work with the players in tight areas that will translate into a game. The players will learn how to use their body with the puck while moving at full speed. We will also incorporate hockey skills such as shooting and puck handling and we will continue to condition the players to remain fit during their season.
